Good job of packaging. Both pieces of windshield
(upper and lower) are zip tied together and are covered with
a protective sheet. Detailed instructions include pictures for
reference during installation.

Peel back the protective sheeting around the outer edges ONLY enough to reveal the pre-drilled holes.

install rubber grommets into holes. S.M.I.T.'s said that a little "spit" aided with installation.

Install seals onto lower windshield.

Remove the two roll cage bolts from lower front joint. You'll need a 5/16" allen wrench for this. Also, using a magnet on the nylock nuts help to keep from dropping them down inside the dash.

Slide the lower windshield bracket into the roll cage and "sandwich" it between the joints,

Reinstall the two factory bolts.

Install lower windshield using the supplied spinner bolts.

install the upper windshield using the six roll bar clamps.

Pay particular attention to the order of washers on windshield and clamps during installation. If you don't do it as shown in the installation instructions, you might crack the windshield!

Done! Now you are ready to ride, no matter what the weather is! Please note that the lower windshield can easily be removed to increase air flow into cabin while the upper windshield is still in place.
